      Buying: very professional and fast delivery from Shopping In Japan - there is no room for improvements - thanks a lot! Importing (Germany): VAT plus app. Euro 15,- customs - payed directly to the parcel service Product: superior sound with high class headphones (AKG Q701) - also with compressed music (AAC 256) a significant improvement; easy connection to i-devices; Excellently processed Aluminum housing - a class of its own! Not inexpensive, but worth the price without doubt.

      Buying: Shopping in Japan provided a friendly, informative and efficient service. Importing into UK: VAT payable but no other customs or excise duties apart from Parcelforce's fee for acting as HMRC agents (about £15). Setting up: no real problems downloading the relevant drivers so that it can talk to my PC. The manual in English is on Sony's US website, and is nice and clear. Nice to have a product that works with both PC and iPhone - surprised at how few products do this, and almost impossible to find anything in the UK which does. Using: easy to use, can switch between low gain and high gain depending on the headphones you are using. Clear and detailed sound quality. Has a very high quality feel to it, so fingers crossed not expecting any problems with it.
