Seiko Presage Automatic Chronograph SARK009

This limited edition Seiko Presage is an homage to the Seiko Laurel, the brand's first wristwatch, introduced in 1913. It has the same indices in Art Deco style, but in a more modern case, with a sporty, comfortable metal bracelet and carries a 8R48 column wheel automatic chronograph movement. These movements are tried and tested, but quite rare. This is a good way to acquire one in a sporty, yet refined package. The finishing is flawless as one would expect.

what a beautiful watch! the chronograph is firm and wonderfully responsive, and the overall execution of the details on this entire piece makes me a very proud owner. the main hands being white i thought would be a drawback, but it actually is a HUGE plus, and makes the time extremely legible from any angle. another pleasant surprise. the bracelet is comfortable, and stylish, but i've got a feeling a black croc will really set it off nicely.
