It is a very beautiful time piece. Very impressive quality. Could not be happier in securing this watch when it is already out of production for some time. A truly remarkable timeless timepiece Sarb033

I am truly grateful and honoured to have bought this fine piece of horology recently and I’ve never doubted its ability to amaze everyone with me included. This is one tremendously well designed and finished piece that cannot be measured by its price and certainly not overhyped. It has plenty of good attributes minus some petty negligible nitpicking issues. When you’re holding it you’ll be mesmerised by its sheer aura of presence and elegance not to mention its ability to be versatile at this price point. In my humble opinion maybe Seiko uses this piece to train a certain group of their upcoming talents to improve their skill and eventually promote them to be part of Grand Seiko artisans. That might be one of variables contributing to its price tag for us all to enjoy and cherish. Its layered brush and polish finishing reminiscent of GS quality not to mention the fine winding of the crown. It oozes exceptional quality unheard of which complements the whole timepiece experience. For me this is absolutely bang for your buck timepiece you shouldn’t miss from Seiko albeit a slightly inflated price by Shopping in Japan nevertheless highly appreciated for making it possible and available for us and certain lowballer like me to enjoy such a fine horology example and an icon. Lastly I am not paid but an enthusiast.

There’s not much to criticise about this timepiece. From the case with the exceptional mixture of highly polished and brushed steel executed to a level punching way above its weight , to the inky black dial with applied indices , everything about this watch screams quality. The dauphine hour and minute hand , the highly polished indices and stunning needle shaped seconds hand play with the light and you find yourself time and again admiring the watch and gazing upon it. The movement is 6R15 hacking and hand winding and packs a powerful 50 hours reserve. Seiko really delivered with this watch and as it is now discontinued I consider myself very lucky indeed to have bagged one for around £400. A bargain by any standard.

Really amazing watch and great service through the whole buying process. Amazing dial and finish across the whole watch. Resizing was very easy at home and now it fits perfectly.
