Great Service, Tricky Pricing
The watch arrived quicker than expected (Germany) and the communication throughout the order process was excellent. I never felt "lost". Customs fees were collected at my door - everything fine. The one thing to consider before buying is the pricing. The checkout is always in USD, no matter what currency you set the shop to (€ in my case). So instead of the shown €388 I paid €410 (before customs). The watch is excellent. As with many Seikos, it wears considerably smaller. Quality is ok for the price point, but in my opinion it does not "punch above it's weight". The watch is considerably better quality than the bracelet. Some micro dents in the material make it feel cheap and the lack of adjustment means that for my 7" wrist I can't find the perfect fit. It's either too loose or too tight. Other than that the experience with soppinginjapan.net was good and I would always buy here again.

Exceptioinally good service with quick and friendly replies on e-mail correspondence. Thank you Sara! Esthetically, the watch superceeds my expectations. It is a very good looking watch, and I find that pictures do not give it justice. However, the watch I received had sligthly misaligned hands and the motion of the hour hand during time setting was not as smooth as I expected. Of course, Sara was very helpful and contacted Seiko on my behalf. Seiko acknowledged the problem and issued an international warranty card that Sara kindly agreed to send to Norway. I would highly recommend shoppinginjapan.net, and if Seiko is as service-minded as Sara, I am sure that the problems with the watch will be covered by the warranty.

The watch is simply outstanding & a remarkable beauty to behold and show off on my wrist. The watch fits almost perfect on my hand out of the box, just need to do a micro adjustment to the band to be perfected. I got a gift certificate to further feed my watch addiction too. I will be sure to shop with this company again. Package just took 2 weeks to reach me in the Caribbean plus a few more days for Customs / Postal clearance.
