The purchase was handled in a very professional way. Arrived within a week. Had to pay extra VAT (around 70 euro) , but that was expected. The customer service was very helpful. All together a great watch sold by a trustworthy company.

Awesome timepiece and an excellent service

The watch looks gorgeous! Its a bit smaller than what I expected it to be but it looks so damn good. Ordered from Mumbai, watch arrived in India in a week but got stuck in the customs for quite some time. Only downside to this purchase was with the customs charges Rs.5079( $75USD). Overall I'm super happy with the purchase and with the customer care service of Shopping in Japan. I'll definitely shop again.

Elegant Understated Watch

Great service with speedy delivery. Showed up at my door in Canada and I only needed to sign the docket. No custom charges, no additional taxes, maybe I got lucky. Elegant watch, always appreciated Seiko products. Would like to have had a Grand Seiko but they are 10 times the cost. Wore for a couple of weeks. Time appears steady, maybe a few seconds off. I would of given the watch 5 stars but the band is quite restrictive in its adjustment capabilities, got it pretty good but you will have to work with a patient jeweler to size it just right. Highly recommend the watch.

Great watch for the price

The SARB033 is well known for being great value for the price. The 6R15 is a good movement, the overall polishing and the bracelet are well-made, so there is nothing to complain about. If you can't or don't want to spend so much money on a Grand Seiko, you should check out this model. SIJ was - as always - very helpful with organising the extra bracelet links that I needed.

Really glad I bought this watch, everything about it is of good quality. I would highly recommend the timepiece to anyone interested in watches. the service from Shopping in Japan was excellent, everything went smoothly and the customs duty in UK was not excessive . looking for my next Seiko Japanese domestic market watch now.

Classic for a dress watch--perfect design and size. Although the bracelet goes well, I changed it with a SEIKO black leather strap and it looks killer.
