Seiko Prospex Scuba SBDC003 Blue Sumo

This was my second purchase from Shopping In Japan . In both cases, the watches arrived in the States as advertised and on time. Mina is a pleasure to deal with.

I already had the SBDC001, so getting the 003 was mainly about colour. Personally, I wish the 003 was in light blue instead of this dark blue, but it is beautiful the way it is. The colour difference from the 001 is not a big one, especially the bezel is nearly identical. The 6R15 caliber and the bracelet are fantastic. All in all, a really great watch! The buying experience with SIJ was perfect as usual.

my first online shopping experience, most certainly not disappointed, after doing alot of research on the net i finally decided to go with purchasing the watch from shoppinginjapan most importantly based on the number of good reviews this seller has received from many of its satisfied customers, this far outwayed my decision on the price as compared to other cheaper online sellers as I was purchasing this watch from half way around the world. the watch came well packaged and reached my location within just 4 days of placing the order and making the payment, which was a lot faster than expected as per the approximate time frame given of 7-9 days & was free of shipping cost, they also extremely flexible on their payment options. The pics ive seen on the net certainly do not do this watch justice as its absolutely amazing to look it, i love how it feels on the wrist, it does not feel like a cheap light weight watch. it certainly has a confusing nick name "sumo" though as its size is just perfect. I have read reviews about the original strap being to thin as compared to the actual watch case but that certainly an individual opinion i guess cause the Japanese undoubtedly know their stuff - thats the only reason I purchased a Seiko directly from Japan, and am really happy I received a genuine product, this is a beautifully & well crafted masterpiece, i call it the poor mans omega sea master if i might, still getting used to the automatic movement stuff, but all in all this is a great watch certainly a bit expensive but i dont see myself buying another watch anytime soon. Semplicemente fantastici, ordinato sabato 12, mi è arrivato lunedi 21, 10 giorni considerando i due sabati e le due domeniche. l'orologio è stupendo, quadrante con riflessi blu davvero belli e la ghiera incassata è molto originale. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto

Watch , overall was as expected however the fly in the ointment was that the inner index ring did not line up against the 12 o'clock position properly.Very small misalignment no doubt but doesn't bode well for Seiko. That, it was Made In Japan makes it even more difficult to swallow. The plus side? Mina made this purchase ,one to remember. Thank you Mina. And thanks to Shopping in Japan.net. Beautifully crafted watch that wears well on the wrist despite its heft. For its price, the Sumo offers great value with a proven workhorse movement packed into a visually appealing case - this is a watch that can be worn to the office or the beach without looking out of place in either setting. Bin das Risiko eingegangen, die Sumo selbst zu importieren. Habe es nicht bereut. Mächtiges Gehäuse, massives Band, trägt sich dafür aber sehr komfortabel durch die langen Bandanstöße. Derbes Lunettendesign. Der Zeitklotz für jeden Tag. Abweichung 5 s/24h gehen für mich O.K. Service und Kommunikation mit Shopping-in-Japan zu jeden Zeitpunkt exzellent: Wusste immer, wo die Sumo war. Musste auf dem Hauptzollamt MUC noch 15% Zoll auf den Preis zahlen (ist halt so) und um die 3 EUR Bearbeitungegebühr. Das war alles. Danke noch mal an Amy!

I am a Seiko addict and more precisely with the diver's watches. This sumo is the best I have ever own.
