Seiko Prospex SBDC029 Shogun

I just got my SBDC029;I had chosen this watch after going through tons of reviews about its predecessor. I should say that I am absolutely stunned by this piece, and it had actually put aside the small collection of Swiss Watches I have,as I have realized that this is an impeccable piece, in terms of built,legibility,comfort of wearing,and an impressive presence as well. I am not exaggerating,but this piece has suddenly become my favorite. It's a wonder that Seiko makes such amazing pieces at such attractive prices (even though this one is not that cheap) vis a' vis the really expensive Swiss counterparts. The key attractions of this watch: An amazingly fitting Scratchproof (I don't how they made it scratch proof, but believe me, it is so) Titanium Bracelet, very legible dial & that fantabulous lume of the Seiko Diver. Cons: For some reason, I am not a great fan of the Hardlex crystals from Seiko, even though I admire the fact that it's an 'in house/proprietary' stuff from Seiko. I am an admirer of Sapphire crystals, which I believe should be a standard feature with Seiko watches at this price range. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the watch & it is surely going to be my daily wear watch. And stellar service levels from Shoppinginjapan.net, amazing response levels from Ms. Mina. As I have become a fan of Seiko Divers by now, I will surely be buying more exquisite JDM pieces from shoppinginjapan.net. The communication levels from Ms. Mina has been commendable. The item was with me within 6 days from Japan to Dubai ! An amazing piece and sterling customer service levels !
