      Excellent service and communication, Erika was the best. The watch arrived within a week of ordering to Canada, BNIB full warranty. I had been waiting two years for another watch and absolutely no regrets purchasing this one. This is my second Seiko the other from 1992 still performs without issue. Thank you very much for making my decision painless. The watch is beautiful!
