My new kinetic arrived very quickly. The transaction was very smooth. They rresponded to my original order very quickly with an e-mail to me to let me know they received my order. Mina answered my questions satisfactorily. The watch is beautiful. No flaws. I had worn a seiko kinetic for 20 years. No problems. Had it serviced twice by seiko for a capacitor. I purchased the watch after seeing the model recommended bya fellow watch enthusiast. Simple and very clear website, purchased and received the watch just over a week to the UK. Very well packaged, the Prospec box was within another larger box with plenty of packing paper to ensure the box was well protected. I did have to pay a Customs and handling fee, which annoyed me a little, but still good overall value. The watch itself is superb. Sized the bracelet to fit my wrist and I must admit the feel and fit on my wrist was one of the bedt watches I had worn and that includes the likes of Rolex Subd, Omega Planet Ocean and many other well known swiss brands in my collection. The build quality and materials used with such amazing attention to detail strikes out as soon as you hold the watch and take a closer look. I always scan every bit of a watch with a x20 eye loupe and didnt find a single flaw whatsoever. The bezel has a lovely feel to it as its turned, solid ratchets yet nice and fluid as its turned. The Lume applied to the dial hour markers and hands is excellent, one of the best ive seen. I also love the style of the hands with their cut out centres demonstrate the attention to detail and really does set this watch off well. Overall, I am extremely delighted with this purchase. The Prospec has leap frogged into my top 5 watches of my 64 watch collection. I now plan to save up to purchade the Prospec Shogun Automatic in titanium. Well done for superb customer service and providing the abiluty to purchase watches that are made purely for the Japan market. I HIGHLY recommend to make a purchase.
