Excellent service, my dream watch
What can I say, in every respect it's the watch I've always dreamed of owning. Titaniun - not heavy and without any skin problems, beautifully finished, the detail exceeds any equivilent Rolex, after the first week of wearing it the time is within 3 seconds so sailing navigation should be without any great problems, Altogether I'd give it a maximum score of 100% . I'm just another VERY satisfied customer

Excellent Service.Very nice watch.
First off, thanks to Mira.Great communication from the off!!Second watch I have had off S I J and cannot fault them.Ordered on Thursday 5/11/15, Parcel Force note on Friday 13/11/15, and picked up Saturday 14/11/15.Excellent Service all round.Cost in pounds was £555.91 plus £114.44 import tax, inc of Parcel Force £13.50 handling fee.Now the watch.Excellent fit and finish.Came with all the protective film on the sides and top and bracelet of the watch, like top end Swiss watches 10 times the price.Only slight is the bezel ring, it is ever so slightly out at the 6 o'clock position, like everyone else says.But..thats nothing really as i have seen that on Swiss watches as well. You really have to look to see it on mine.Overall it is a very nice 200m Dive certified Titanium watch that i hope to have for many years. It gained 4sec after 4 days on my watch winder(it turns for 10 mins then stops for 90mins and repeats 24/7) and after 10 days on the winder as you read this, it has lost 23secs.Little bit sensitive but well within tolerance as other reviews have said. The little booklet says to wear your SBDC007 10hrs a day to keep the mains spring charged so again it makes the SBDC007 a very nice watch when fully wound. So if you want a full Titanium dive watch that would not look out of place on on a dive boat, beach or yacht i would seriously check out the Seiko SBDC007 now before there gone as well as use all the other reviews to make you choice.

Fantastic
Excellent watch. Better in real life than pictures. After 5 weeks it is gaining 4 seconds a day. 108 grams. Very comfortable. Ordered on a Monday morning and arrived in Minnesota on Thursday afternoon from Japan. Great service.

Good watch, not so good bracelet/bezel
Compared to the 001 and 003 that I also have this model is obviously lighter. I prefer the stainless steel look and feel to the titanium, but it's always good to have a light watch around, especially in the summer. The watch is well built and the 6R15 movement is a good one. I have a large wrist, so I had to order some extra links. The SIJ service was great as usual. The link system in the bracelet is really difficult to manage, even with professional tools. I have a Steinhart watch that costs half the price and has screws which makes life really easy. I do not understand why Seiko uses such an annoying link system in some models. There are several complaints about it in watch forums. The other weak point is the bezel which feels really cheap, as if it was made of plastic. I still give the 007 5 stars because the case itself is great. I just wish the rest was on that level, too.

Excellent watch! Excellent service!
I love this watch! Everything about screams quality but I knew this would be the case, what I was more worried about was purchasing the watch online. Would it be the real deal? Would I even get it? Well I can say, The shopping in Japan experience was perfect, in my case Mina was my sales consultant and kept me informed at every step of the buying experience. My watch was ordered on the weekend from Melbourne Australia and it arrived on the following Friday, basically 5 days!! Don't hesitate to but from Shopping in Japan, they're great! Thanks again Mina!

Excellent Watch!
Purchased this Seiko Titanium Dive Watch, but was just a little skeptical about buying overseas online. After reading excellent reviews about Shopping in Japan .NET I decided to take the plunge. I knew this excellent automatic watch was what I wanted and I must say that buying from Shopping in Japan was as painless as can be. The order was processed very quickly and I was given a tracking number and saw when it was leaving Japan...and couldn't believe my eyes when several days later the mailman was delivering my watch here in New York. Excellent packing and excellent condition. I would definitely buy again from Shopping in Japan! BTW, there were no customs charges nor any other extra charges to get the watch delivered here to New York. One happy customer here!

Great watch but not perfect
I wrestled for a long time in deciding whether to give this watch 4 or 5 stars and will detail the reasons for my score later. Firstly the good and there is plenty of it. The service from shoppinginjapan was faultless from beginning to end. The packing was great and the watch and its box arrived in perfect condition. On opening the parcel the box oozes class. Opening the box is such a treat. The watch screams quality and great build and finish. I have owned a lot of Seiko watches at various price points but this watch is in a league of its own. The diashield finish is certainly doing its job almost 2 months on. I love the sharp edges and the mixture of brushed and highly polished finishes sets this watch apart from a lot of divers. The bezel has a beautiful operation and the colour of the dial is subtly different and I like it. The colour of the titanium is also unique being somewhere between classic titanium and stainless steel. Now to the not so good. I really wanted to give this watch 5 stars and held off doing this review for a while until I was sure. There are 2 issues that for me hold it back from bring 5 stars. The first issue is the problem if lack of alignment which is a known problem. I was lucky and it's only very slight but it shouldn't be there and I can see no excuse for it. The second issue is the accuracy of the watch. Mine runs at around -25 seconds per day. Now I know that's within manufacturer's spec. Just. However, I personally don't find that lack of accuracy acceptable at this price. It's just my opinion and some will say I'm bring unfair given it is within spec. The conclusion though is that I would buy this watch all day long and recommend anyone get one. I have sold the vast majority of my collection because I just can't bring myself to wear any of my other watches. It's that good. I only wish I'd bought one sooner. I constantly find myself just looking at it and not to tell the time! I have wanted an Omega for some time but now I have this a trip to my local high end jewellers is no fun any more as in my view they don't make a watch as good looking as this one. I think that says it all. My advice is but one while you still can...

Quality Time
My watch arrived this morning after it was delivered at the customs om 9th April and had to pay €188,45 as well!!! Nevertheless, after unpacking I forgot all this; what a beauty. It's comfortable to wear and very clear to notice the time, even in the dark. Top service of Mira (Shopping in Japan) for informing me during the whole process. どうもありがとうございました (Thank you very much)

Great watch
I have had the watch for about a week. It is now the only watch I wear. I was surprised how light weight it is. Looks great, and as many have said, it doesn't feel like you are wearing the watch. Two things I had not expected. 1) the band had to be professionally sized. Not a big deal, but just expect it might be the case for you as well. 2) I live in South Korea. I bought the watch for $865. That seemed like a good price until the mailman delivered it and said I had to pay an additional 171,000 won (about $150) in customs charges. That put the watch at over $1,000. It would have been about the same price as me flying to Japan and buying it there (including airfare). Back to the watch its self. Looks incredible. I can't help myself from looking at it. It can be worn with jeans and a t-shirt or dress casual for work. Overall, very glad I bought it. Again, just be award of customs charges.

Purchase that meets my full expectations
Following a lot of research on the internet I decided on the Seiko SBDC007 and after a few hitches I got it from Shoppinginjapan, who were, I have to say, the best with a great response to my emails. Delivery great but of course the import tax in to UK is always a bit of a blow. I have now had the watch for 24 hours and it is great. When wearing it you forget you have it on your wrist and it looks great. If I have to give a negative comment it would be about the clasp, which I know is titanium, but feels it should be on a cheaper watch. Having said that so far I am very happy with my purchase.

Best for Windsurfing
I am a competitor level freestyle windsurfer. I usually sail 150-days per year. I needed a serious water resistant watch with lightest possible weight. Seiko SBDC007 is the best fit for my applications. I also recommend the Shopping in Japan net. There response and customer service are a real professional.
