      Nice subdued watch

      Just what I wanted, all the features I need and very comfortable, I can wear it all day and all night and in any situation, swimming etc., and it doesn´t look as expensive as it is, which is good, I´m not a flashy guy.

      Really good and durable watch for everyday use. Very comfortable to wear due to dial size unlike the new extra large dial sizes avaiable in new G-shock.

      Son of the mother of all Gshocks ..

      We all know that the origin DW-5000 is the mother of all Gshocks. Unfortunately this model is not available any more, at least not new. But the original DW-5000 gave birth to a wonderfull GW-5000, including ' Tough Solar ' and ' MultiBand 6 ' functions. Thank you Casio, thank you Shopping in Japan, for letting me own this stunning watch. Great delivery within 8 days to The Netherlands, as promised .

      Superb square G-Shock

      This is the best of the square G-Shock line. It really has a premium feel to it, very solid with the steel inner case. The strap is the softest and most comfortable kind of resin possible. The functionality is great, as is to be expected with a Casio and the fit and finish are excellent. This watch is absolutely worth the price. My experience with Shopping in Japan was excellent, great service and communication and the shipping was lightning fast.

      Much better than the current similar looking G-Shocks: metal case underneath the plastic with screw back and dark PVD coating (you can feel the slightly higher weight). The rubber strap is also softer. And it is really black, not grey as it appears in the image above .Both the screwback and the strap feel much nicer on the skin than the cheaper G-Shocks. Colors on the face are not aggressiv (like the one with the ugly red stripe around the face) - really cool 80s feel understatement watch but with todays' tech! Also ShoppingInJapan did a great job - fast and well packaged. No regrets!

      If you could only own one g-shock, this one would be it. Solid stainless steel, DLC coated, 200m screw down case back, spring bars, multiband 6 atomic, solar, premium rubber, and old school looks make this piece a winner in my book. The watch is smaller than most of the oversized gshocks out there now and can be worn with almost any situation, and the sleek blacked out appearance keeps the piece looking sharp. Shipping was fast as usual and the service was top notch - thanks again for providing these amazing JDM products!

      Great fusion of well acquainted and reliable "old school" hardware with modern electronic filling warms wrist and soul. Delivery was lightning-like: just 2,5 (!) days from Yokohama to Moscow! Do you guys started practicing teleportation?! ;)

      Light, solid, this "old fashion" g-shock with the latest technology inside is definitely THE G-Shock to have ! Great delivery as usual, but French customs won't forget you...
