G-Shock MRG-G1000B-1AJR GPS Hybrid

Had this for a few months now, it's not only lovely to look at and not too big and bulky on the wrist, but easy to read the watch face, keeps perfect time and stood the test of automatically changing the hour at BST, not had a single regret buying this watch. Finally as always, the standard of customer service has been second to none. Definitely can recommend this watch and company to anyone. Well done.

The watch itself, is exactly as described and seen on their website. I had purchased another hybrid GPS/radio controlled solar watch from this dealer a few years prior to this order and was very impressed with both the service received and the quality and function of the watch ( both watches were received in perfect condition and very well packaged), it gave me the confidence to use them again. I was initially apprehensive about purchasing a nice watch from an international dealer, but they swiftly put my mind at rest. The service has genuinely been second to none, the watch is perfect as a 'dress' watch. I had been looking for a very nice watch with the same functions as my daily wear one and previously owned a Tissot, sadly Tissot don't appear to make a nice watch like this! My only reason for waiting a couple of weeks since receiving this watch(in good time having been delayed via customs) to write a review was that the strap was far too big for my wrist, so wanted to have a couple of links removed from it, it now fits very well and is a joy to wear! ( If you need any links removed, it's easily done, but my advice is to use a reputable very up market, quality jeweller so you don't risk damage to the watch yourself. I know a very good jewellers who removed two links very quickly for me in about 20 minutes and charged me £7, so money well spent in my view. In conclusion, would I recommend this product and dealer? Absolutely and a resounding yes! My customer service representative was nothing short of brilliant, both very helpful and always cheerful and polite. Their website explains all the finer details before you finally commit yourself to ordering so you are aware all and any potential costs involved, i.e. customs and other importation charges additional to the product and carriage charges. It's a shame the same service doesn't appear to be the case in many U.K dealerships, they could learn a thing or two from this dealer!

Their service is exceptional. They went the extra mile to help and advise me on the product. I loved the watch I received today. I'll definitely recommend this Seller to anyone.
