      First of all, I made my purchase when the company was on Christmas holidays, yet someone from customer service still sent me a response a day later. I took a chance buying from this company as I never heard of them before, besides, I paid good money for my watch - something I never saw, never touched in person, in other words, I sort of gambled $2800 (with tax and duties from my country). When I got my watch a week later ( it was quick shipping, and FREE), the watch was absolutely perfect. It looks AMAZING and functions flawlessly. I wear it everyday. Everything is just as described on the website. Product is great, customer service is excellent. I will definitely buy from them again. Especially for the things that you cannot buy in other parts of the world.
