First of all this is a fantastic watch. I already own a g-shock with a digital display and tide graph and I was wondering when casio would bring out an analogue watch with all the extras incl tough solar, triple sensor and multi band. It doesn't disappoint. Build quality is excellent. Lume is also lasting throughout the night. Shopping in Japan provided an excellent service giving me exactly what I ordered and delivering it ahead of schedule. They updated me on progress. In summary a great watch delivered by people know what they are doing and take pride in it. Great job.

The watch is fantastic. Just as described and no complaints so far. A little complicated to find out how to set things with an all Japanese manual but what do you expect ordering a watch not released yet in the US from a company located in Japan? It is a beautiful watch and only complaint is it seems the middle crown is only able to change the information when rotating downward. Further clarification: If you need to change the date or time you can only rotate the crown one direction to change the information, so if you miss the desired date or time, you must rotate through all the months, dates, etc. to get back to the desired setting. The crown turns up, but nothing changes. It is rather annoying, but it is what it is. Shopping Experience with ShoppingInJapan.net: Let me just say that I hate reviewing products and companies. But I feel it would be unfair for the seller if I didn't in this instance. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I think anyone ordering from another country has a natural worry about receiving their item and in one piece. Lots of great features and clever options. The analog hands are great and have good lume for the entire night. Now, if Casio would just add a sunrise-sunset feature it would be perfect. Casio seems to believe that people who are interested in the phase of the moon are not interested in sunrise-sunset times and vice versa. The Rangemaster has sunrise-sunset, but no moon phase. Shopping in Japan is great. They have their act together. Their promises on availability, delivery times, etc. are always met.

So many functional and let us keep looking this watch all the time than ever. Value for money...

I ordered the watch pre-release and as soon as the release date arrived, it was shipped from Japan. Looking at the parcel tracking, it arrived in London three days later on the 3rd July. Unfortunately our customs don't look as if they work on a weekend so it wasn't until the 7th that it cleared customs and a letter was sent to me advising me of the customs VAT. This worked out at approximately 20% of the value of the watch. I paid the VAT on-line and the watch arrived the next day. I had ordered the model that is meant for the Japanese home market so it did not come with English instructions. This was easily rectified by searching the Casio website and finding a manual in English for the module 5371 that the watch uses. I would imagine this would be applicable for other languages. Operating the watch has been a bit of a learning curve but not too difficult. It sits nicely on the wrist and looks good. This is the first G-Shock I've owned, my other watches are high-end brands like Rolex, IWC, Omega etc. I sure it won't be the last G-Shock. My Shopping in Japan experience has been first class.
