- Do you really have the items in stock?
Yes — absolutely. When we list an item as “In Stock,” it means the product is physically in our possession here in Japan and ready to ship right away.
Unlike some other retailers who show items they don’t actually have, we only list products that are in hand—ensuring fast shipping, no surprises, and no backorders.
- How do you ship to my country, how long does it take, and what is the shipping cost?
We offer fast, secure international shipping via DHL Global Express (EMS Japan Post available on request), typically delivered within 3–6 business days depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the item. You’ll see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.
- Is it possible to cancel an order before the item ship out?
Yes, cancellation is allowed; however, please note that there is a 3% cancellation fee for Paypal or Credit Card transactions.
No cancellation fee will be applied for Bank Transfer and Bitcoin payments.
- Can you declare low value on shipping for customs purposes?
Yes, but please contact us before placing an order.
