Citizen Promaster Sky Eco-Drive PMV65-2271

This Japan Domestic Market watch is really nice. The combination of a hardened titanium exterior and sapphire crystal is just not available in the US. It should make this watch really durable. I wish it was available here because then I could get it with a US Warranty. It took a little while to figure out all the features, including the radio synch. But now that I've gotten it set up right it syncs most every night even here in eastern New Jersey which is a pretty weak reception area. It definitely syncs better than my other two radio synched clocks. The ordering process and shipping from shopping in japan was really great. The watch came Thursday after being ordered Sunday. That's only one day longer than from Amazon which is far closer. It was also packaged quite securely and showed no evidence of handling abuse. EMS gets good marks on this shipment.

Als meine alte Navihawk Uhr kaputtt ging und nicht mehr repariert werden konnte, wollte ich eine neue genau so gut oder besser. Ich habe viele andere Uhren angeschaut, aber kam an Citizen zurück und konnte keine finden, der mir mehr zusagte als Citizen Promaster PMV65-2271. Als Nächstes suchte ich ein Händler in Japan und fand: SHOPPING IN JAPAN. Wenn man nahezu EUR 600.00 von Deutschland nach Japan schicken muss, nimmt man es nicht auf den leichten Schulter. Ich war froh als ich fand das die Firma auch über E-Bay verkaufte als - selbst wenn ich nicht dort kaufe - ich eine Bewertung von der Firma erhalten würde. Diese Bewertung war bestens, aber hatte ein negative Bewertung. Diese schaute ich mir sofort an: Ein Kunde beschwerte sich, daß seine Uhr unverhältnismässig lange bei dem Russischen Zoll lag! Ich habe viele Reisen nach Russland gemacht und weiss wie schwierig es ist mit dem Russischen Zoll zu arbeiten. Die Verzögerung kann wohl kaum SHOPPING IN JAPAN angelastet werden, und sollte nicht in der E-Bay Wertung spiegeln. Ich bestellte die Uhr und bekam eine sofortige Rückmeldung. Ein kleines Versehen war Ursache für eine kleine Verzögerung. Fehler kann überall passieren, aber wichtigere ist es, wie eine Firma mit einem Fehler umgeht. CITIZEN WATCH PMV65-2271 Es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es sieht einfach gut aus! Ich war angenehm überrascht als ich fand eine Englische Bedieningsanleitung dabei. Citizen hat bisher nur eine Japanische Bedienungsanleitung beigelegt, als diese Uhr nur für das Innerjapanische Markt bestimmt ist. Ich werde über die vielen Features, die diese Uhr hat, nicht ins Detail gehen. Sie werden an anderen Stellen im Internet besser erklärt als ich es kann. Lassen Sie mich nur sagen, dass ich mit der Uhr sehr zufrieden bin, und schätze ihr mit jedem Tag mehr und mehr. Ich drücke meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit sowohl mit der Citizen Promaster PMV65-2271 als auch mit SHOPPING IN JAPAN aus, und vergebe jeweils beide fünf Sternen. As my old Navihawk watch was broken and no longer could be repaired, I wanted to get a watch as good as or even better. I have looked at many, but ended up with Citizen again, could not find one that suited me better that Citizen Promaster PMV65-2271. Then, looking for a dealer in Japan I found: SHOPPING IN JAPAN. Close to Euro 600.00 to send from Germany to Japan is something you do not take easy. I was happy to see that the company was selling over E-Bay, which - even if I do not use E-Bay - would give me a rating. The rating was excellent, but it had one negative. I looked it up immediately: A customer was complaining that the watch was kept so long in the Russian customs! Having travled extensively to the Russian Federation, knowing how difficult it is to please the customs there, this could hardly be blamed on the SHOPPING IN JAPAN, and should actually not be reflected in the rating. I sent for the watch, and had an immediate response. A minor oversight caused a small delay. Errors happen everywhere and what is more important than the error is how a company reacts to it. SHOPPING IN JAPAN immediately corrected the problem, informed me of the reason, that it had been corrected, and apologized for error. Exemplary and professionally handling by immediate and complete communication + action! The watch arrived at the customs and the customs clearing was a piece of cake. I brought the order confirmation and the SHOPPING IN JAPAN to the customs, paid my dues and took the watch home. CITIZEN WATCH PMV65-2271 It surpassed my expectations. It simply looks good! I was pleasantly surprised to see that Citizen now has included an English manual with the Japanese edition, which used to be Japanese only. I do not shop for watches more than once per every 10 years, but if there is anything like it I need to haul in from abroad, SHOPPING IN JAPAN would be my first and last choice.
