I'm a true fan of Citizen watches and this is really one of the best. It looks really impressive and feels unbelievably light. There is no radio signal reception in Israel but i didn't really expect that. This store is doing a rally good job in in keeping in touch with the customers during the shipment process. The delivery was really fast and kind Mina made sure I know where the watch is in every point of the way.

The watch is really one of the best in the world of "humans"; I mean for price. But for the quality, the funcions, Radio, Eco-drive and also for "Duratec" treatment of titanium (just models from JDM -Japanese Domestic Market) I can tell that this watch is an ALIEN. After one week I'm getting confidence with it and I can guarantee that it is incredible. And don't forget that it is extremly "Authentic Elegance" and many peoples when talking with you, notes your watch. May be it means that the Elegance it is not water, right. One second to explain how ShoppinginJapan works: perfectly, seriuos and very fast delivery. From Japan to Italy only 4 days. Incredible. I would like to express my complete satisfaction with both the Citizen Promaster PMV65-2271 as well as SHOPPING IN JAPAN by giving each FIVE STARS. They keep you informed through the whole dispatch process, quick service - it is the customs in your own Country who is going to be the bottle neck fore delivery. If you buy this watch the warranty is only accepted in Japan and it is one year - In the UK the European model they can give you up to 6 years. Customs stung me for £90.00 for vat and import tax's I had to remove a couple of links for the bracelet (Check the arrows on the bracelet for the direction to remove the pins) - they came out using a pin remover tool very easy - they do not lock when you put them back they are only friction fit so watch out for that. I had one snap on the end - don't know why as I used the tool but a small fraction just broke off the pin making it short. If you wear glasses or think you have very good sight you might have to think gain using the features for calculation - the digits are very small and to be honest you would need a magnifying glass to use it for this purpose. The screen is very busy :-) It is a good watch make sure if UK to set to Daylight saving - I look forward to many years of use with it.

This watch is exactly as it is represented. I was worried about ordering a watch and having it shipped internationally. After reading the previous reviews I decided to order. Shopping in Japan kept me updated through out the process, Emailing status update and shipping update as soon as they had them. I placed my order on August 5,2013 and had it in my hands on August 13, 2013 USA with no problems.

I am the proud new owner of a brand new Citizen PMV65-2271 that I purchased from Shopping in Japan. I never write reviews, but this time around my shopping experience exceeded all of my expectations, so much so that I couldn't resist but to share my thoughts on the whole process. I've been researching the PMV65-2271 online for the past year, and even so, I still had questions regarding the watch. My search brought me to Shopping in Japan and like anyone else, I was worried because I reside in the U.S. and making such a large purchase made me a bit apprehensive. Amy was kind enough to answer all of my questions, no matter how many I had and no matter how repetitive they may have seemed! From shipping information, to watch questions, to Customs questions to pictures and even questions regarding replacement bands/straps. Amy answered all of my concerns and did it with a smile. First of all, there are only 2 models of this watch. One is the European model (not from this site) and then there's the JDM or the Japan Domestic Market model (available on this site). The biggest differentiators being: - Duratect coating/treatment on the whole watch - Micro-adjustable bracelet Another thing to watch out for is the Caliber. The newest and best one being the U680 which is the one offered on this site. I purchased the watch July 20th 2013 and received it July 24th 2013 shipped to the U.S. and I must say, even though I've researched this watch for such a long time, saw countless pictures of it and knew the specs in and out, I was still blown away by the quality, craftsmanship, materials and overall "feel" of this watch! It's like a swiss army knife, it does everything! Atomic, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, titanium band with Duratect coating, micro-adjustable band, the works! Just as the title for this review would suggest, the watch is first class, the people at shopping in japan are first class, their service is first class and shipping was first class. Overall a 10/10!
