Citizen Promaster Sky Eco-Drive PMV65-2271

I always wanted this watch and first bought one from Amazon, but it was North American version, Stainless Steel and Mineral Crystal, this one on the other hand is Titanium and Sapphire Crystal. I'm absolutely in love with it. In addition the Customer Service was top notch, I bought from other Japanese website dealers before but ShoppingInJapan.net had the fastest and best service out of all. Highly recommended !!!

The dial is similar to the Navihawk sold in North America, but this Japan model is made of Duratect titanium and has a sapphire crystal. Highly recommended.

Hi, everybody! Ordered the watch here. A couple of hours later Sara wrote me that my payment is confirmed and two days later the order status was changed in "shipped" and Sara sent me a tracking number. After that 3 days no info about the package was available and then the watch appeared on track and was in Japan another 2 days. As final result, I received a very beautiful watch. I was very afraid that the watch could be damaged during transportation but thanks to good packaging everything is fine. THANK YOU SARA and shoppinginjapan team :)

Received the watch as per advertised. It started working automatically and set itself to current time on first exposure to light after box opening- amazing to witness! Wonderfully crafted digi-analog watch and fine finish. Light and smooth. Shipping was prompt - unavoidable delay at local custom. Hope it lasts eternal.:-)

I purchased and received this watch a couple months ago after contemplating getting this particular watch for a more than two years. I bought it from this company in spite of the fact it was $50 more than the best internet price in that same week because someone has been kind enough to answer a question of mine in the past. My troubles are in my needing to resize the band and the lack of instruction to do so and my actions that have rendered this watch useless to me. I found both video and written instructions to remove a single link with a paper clip which turned out very inadequate. Having no specialized tools, I borrowed a set of small punches and such that were strong enough to remove 2 pins and one link and re- installed one of the pins. However, this pins is woefully loose and I finally decided it was just too risky to keep wearing this watch after always having to push the pin back in. I've sought help from local jewelry stores that have Citizen watches, but they are not strongly motivated to help with a Japanese watch they don't sell or have direct capability of getting parts for. What they have suggested is quite expensive. I'm so discouraged ..could get a different band, but what was the point of buying this particular watch in the first place?

I have to say, this watch is excellent.All the features are relevant and the size is perfect.
