I previously wrote that the watch can unfortunately not receive the European radio signal. This can however be emulated in various manners. This is my 3rd JDM watch, why do the Japanese keep the best to themselves instead of bringing it to the rest of the world? Really like this watch. It combines sturdiness with subtlety, has an extremely legible dial, lightweight but hard titanium, domed sapphire glass and has an adjustable bracelet (allows for one-click adjustment of 0, 2.5mm, 5mm; very practical on hot summer days). Other nice features are the perpetual calendar (the watch knows what month and year it is and sets/adjusts the date accordingly) and easy time zone adjustment (you adjust the timezone offset and the watch adjusts the time accordingly). Initial set-up can be somewhat time consuming as there is no physical connection between the crown and the hands, hands are controlled by a motor. After that initial set-up though, the perpetual calendar and timezone adjustment function make that further adjustments are hardly ever needed, or can be made very easily. In Japan this watch automatically syncs every night using radiowaves. It essentially means that you'll never ever have to adjust the watch again, as everything is done automatically. Unfortunately, this JDM version does not receive the European signal, so I'll have to sync it manually every once in a while. Shipping took 10 days, including customs clearing. During the 10 day period I received multiple personal emails from Sara from customer service to proactively inform me of the status of the order and shipment. This is a great watch, just what I was looking for! Not that big, just a good size for me, titanium duratec bracelet and just beautiful green-chameleon dial. Also i want to admire the great service and shipping, easy to track and fast delivery. 12 days to Qazaqstan! I highly recommend the seller, thanks a lot.

I love this watch. Light weight , adjustable bracelet, beautiful green dial, easy to read dial, Duratect titanium, can sync time using JJY simulator free app on iphone or ipad. Wonderful service.

Great features on this watch, and great sizing (more mid-size) which makes it a good all-rounder and doesn't get caught on sleeves or jackets during sports/outdoor activities. The best feature is perhaps the Duratect titanium which is proving to be very durable and just crazy light!

I was looking for a watch with the following characteristics: - day/date (side-by-side) - perpetual calendar - arabic numerals - titanium The Duratect coating and green dial are icing on the cake for this fantastic JDM beater. Only downside is it doesn't sync outside of Japan, but I'm OK with that given there are no other watches that fit the bill.

everything is ok with the watch but just it is a little bit smaller then the photos even diameter is listed in web sites.

This is a great watch, replacing an old UK fabric strap version as I wanted something a bit smarter. The face is only obviously green in strong light, and generally looks a lot more subdued than in most of the images that I've seen. Great build quality with some nice hidden tech, such a the built in calendar, and time zone adjustment. The service was great with the watch arriving in the UK four days after the order was processed, and then just a short wait for customs payment and local delivery. A Japanese/English manual was included contrary to one other review, so no problems setting it up.

Purchased PMD56 as I wanted a watch to use as a daily wearer instead of my Swiss mechanical watch which is way too expensive for work. This watch is super light weight with perfectly machined titanium case and bracelet. The whole watch is very high quality, it will not sync with UK radio transmitter but I expect it will be so accurate that this won't be a problem. It also looks superb, and the buying experience from Shopping In Japan was absolutely first class.

This is a lovely watch. It's beautifully made, sits comfortably on the wrist and feels sturdy yet smart enough for the office etc. The green colour is seemingly unique and has had a few complimentary comments made. Theres certainly nothing like it in the UK. As you'd expect the quality is exceptional. shipping was painful, both from Japan and thru UK customs, but worth the wait. However customer support from Shopping in Japan was good. Also - no instructions however basic were provided with it and none available on the 'net. This seems a little poor, as the setting up of he watch is suprisingly difficult. However - once done, you'll be very very happy with your purchase. So - come on 'Shopping in Japan'... send out instructions please.
