      Hi. Over all the watch is OK, except for the hand wrist which is to tight and I need 1 more piece to adjust it to my hand., I whish you will be able to send it. As for you chosen reliable carrier, DHL. It seems it is not a reliable carrier: 1. Instead of notify me on Sunday 2020/09/13, DHL send an and Email to the company I used to work several years ago. Which were polite to send me a copy of the original mail from DHL. 2. On the next day (Monday) I called DHL to notify on the mistake. And so they did. 3. On Tuesday 2020/09/2020 DHL asked me to pay some tax money, and I did immediately. And the delivery date was established on DHL site to be Wednesday 2020/09/16 between 09:00-18:00 a whole day to stay at home! 4. So On Wednesday I stayed at home rescheduled all my meetings. 5. In the late afternoon when I decided to call DHL again to ask when will I get the watch? The answer was the delivery is postponed the next day without notifying me!!! 6. Finally, after several calls and arguing I got the watch on Thursday 2020/09/17 in the late afternoon. 7. So due to DHL malfunctioning I missed a day at work and several important meeting. 8. Please ask DHL to compensate me.
