If you are having issues with the Bluetooth connecting, make sure you have plenty of charge on the watch or the Bluetooth WILL NOT connect. When you first get the watch I would recommend setting it in a window sill where there is plenty of sunlight to help get the charge going. Also, you can manually adjust this watch. The Bluetooth is more of a convenience for syncing, but it is actually not required. Everything can be manually adjusted on this watch. The standby time for this watch to fully drain is amazing. It can take up to 28 months before absolutely needing a recharge. The side LED light is bright enough that I have been able to use it as a flashlight (albeit dimmer) to find stuff that may have fallen out of my pocket on a theater floor or something. The hand-shift is amazing for when you need to see the dials on the watch like in Stopwatch or Timer modes. Also, during setting modes the hands will shift automatically so that you can see the digital dials. It has a "true" dual time face on it where you can set the WT dial to over 300 cities around the world. I normally leave mine set to UTC, but it is super nice for when I travel to keep my home time on the WT dial, then flip back when I get home. The watch in my opinion is simply amazing!

This is the second watch I have purchased from you company but this watch the Bluetooth button does not work making the watch virtually useless
